The meat that we use here at St. Andrews comes from our local Butcher shop. The State Center Locker prides themselves in making and selling their own ground beef, ground pork, pork sausage, brats, & beef sticks. They also sell some of the best beef & pork patties, steaks, roasts, cheese and deli meats. They have a custom processing plant for cattle, hogs, lamb, and deer.
We get our veggies from our local farmers and State Centers thriving farmer’s market (seasonal).
